Lexy Lu has a wide appeal for the growing children's boutique industry. We are a small company providing direct customer service and individualized attention. Our goal is to make every customer and consumer happy. The hats are all about bringing a smile to someone's face.

Terms & Conditions
Our minimum opening order is 16 hats and the re-order minimum is 8 hats. You can pick your own style and sizes or order a pre-pack consisting of 8 hats in the same style:

2 0 to 6 months
2 6 to 12 months
2 1 to 2 years
1 2 to 3 years
1 4 to 6 years

For an additional cost, jacquards may be added to any hat.

Sizes
Since the hats are made by hand, slight variations in sizing are likely. The hats do stretch to keep pace with those growing kids. Sizes are approximately:


0 to 6 months - 15 to 17 1/2 inches
6 to 12 months - 16 to 18 1/2 inches
1 to 2 years - 18 to 20 inches
2 to 3 years - 19 to 21 inches
4 to 6 years - 20 to 22 inches
Payment
All opening orders must be paid by credit card. After the initial order, you may continue paying by credit card or net 30 with references. Credit card orders will be processed when the order is shipped. All orders delivered within Virginia will include sales tax of 4.5%.

Timelines
Since all items are made by hand, we recommend ordering early.

Shipping
We ship anywhere. Just tell us where! All orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail. Actual shipping costs will be applied to all orders.

Returns
Within two weeks of delivery, Lexy Lu Designs will happily issue a refund or exchange your products if you are not completely satisfied. Please note that shipping and handling is non-refundable.
